42 [a]Saying, [b]O if thou hadst even known [c]at the least in this [d]thy day those things, which belong unto thy [e]peace! but now are they hid from thine eyes.
43 For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side,
44 And shall make thee even with the ground, and thy children which are in thee, and they shall not leave in thee a stone upon a stone, because thou knewest not [f]that season of thy visitation.
